Another thing I intend to do is give away a little book which documents

my method for making wine from grapes. That will be available here, when it is ready.

It is a based on a the traditional Italian method with a sprinkling

 of English science and some good vineyard practise.

Finally I have come across many with the opinion ' it's not worth doing anymore ! '.
I have a simple spreadsheet which calculates costs against the value of the wine you make.
